Campus Accommodation at St. Bonaventure University

Most lodging is located on the East Side of Campus in our Townhouse and Garden Style apartments.    

 

Private rooms:  Each townhouse apartment includes (4) four private bedrooms with a twin size bed, closet, computer desk and dresser.  The apartments also have a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator and stove.  There is a living/dining room area with a couch, chair, table and chairs.  Lastly, there is a full bath and a half bath in each apartment. Townhouse apartments are air conditioned.  

 

   

Shared rooms: Each garden apartment includes (3) shared bedrooms with twin size beds, a closet, two desks and two dressers.  The apartments also have a kitchen area equipped with a refrigerator and stove.  There is a living/dining room area with a couch, chair, table and chairs.  Lastly, there are two full baths in each apartment. Garden apartments are air conditioned.

  • Regular and Decaf coffee packets
  • Hot Tea Packets
  • Fridge
  • Stove

Bedroom:

  • Fitted bed sheet
  • Regular sheet
  • Pillow with pillowcase
  • Light throw blanket
  • Bath towel
  • Wash cloth
  • Hand towel
  • Hangers
  • A very limited supply of extra blankets available in the common areas on a first come first serve basis.

Bathroom:

  • Travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap for each guest
  • Floor mat for bathroom
  • Toilet paper
  • Garbage can

Laundry facilities are included and are free for guests.

Wi-fi (free) is available throughout the whole campus.

Handicap Accessible: There are several rooms that are handicap accessible rooms that meet ADA requirements. If you need to request such a room, please indicate this on your conference registration form.

Telephone lines are not provided in the rooms.  Most students use their cell phones as their main mode of communication.

East Campus is a bit of a walk from the main campus.  We will have golf carts available to transport people who choose not to walk.  However, we do have a limited number of private rooms on the main campus that are available on a first come, first serve basis.  If you are interested in one of these rooms please contact the site coordinator, Julianne Wallace at [email protected]
