I regret that I am so  issues concerning institutions, evil, and the metaphysical questions these issues bring forth in modern philosophy of Kant, Hegel, and Marx / Merton claims not well enough versed in modern philosophy and "suspicion of institutions is based on Biblical and eschatological ground, not metaphysics."
