			| Quotation | I have been, I repeat, foolishly and perhaps scandalously busy with a lot of absurd things, not the least of which is a preface to Bolshakoff's book on the Russian mystics. The real job of that was that I had to go through his whole ms. written in longhand and in impossible English, trying to make it readable. The material is good, or at least quite interesting, but otherwise I am now I suppose an honorary Cowley Father by reason of my support of Bolshakoff. |
