This recently acquired catch of letters was discovered by John E. King and donated to the Merton Center in 2001. King found a reference to a bound set of copied letters from Merton that John F. Gaither, Marice's son, put together. King was able to find
Marice "Mimi" Gaither was a long time supporter of Gethsemani and often sent money for Mass intentions. She writes from Louisville.
